At Realsafehonest, we stand behind the quality of our blinds and curtains. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This Return Policy outlines the conditions and procedures for returns and exchanges.

Standard Products

Standard, non-custom blinds and curtains may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, provided they are unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Custom Products

Custom-made blinds and curtains manufactured to your specific measurements and specifications are non-returnable and non-refundable unless there is a manufacturing defect or error on our part. We strongly recommend double-checking all measurements and specifications before placing a custom order.

Defective Products

If you receive blinds or curtains that are defective or damaged, please contact Realsafehonest within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or repair at no cost to you. Please provide photographs of the defect or damage to expedite the process.

Manufacturing Errors

If we make an error in manufacturing your custom blinds or curtains, we will remake the product at no charge. This includes errors in measurements we took, incorrect fabric or color, or other mistakes attributable to Realsafehonest.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return authorization and instructions. Products must be returned in their original packaging with all hardware and accessories included.

Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we will process your refund within 10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Exchanges

We accept exchanges for different sizes, colors, or styles of standard products within 30 days of delivery. Custom products cannot be exchanged unless there is a manufacturing error. Contact us to arrange an exchange.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned: custom-made blinds and curtains made to your specifications, products that have been installed or altered, products showing signs of use or wear, and products without original packaging or tags.

Cancellations

Orders for standard products may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund. Custom orders can be cancelled before production begins. Once manufacturing has started on custom blinds or curtains, the order cannot be cancelled.

Warranty Claims

Products covered under warranty should be reported according to the warranty terms provided with your purchase. Warranty claims are separate from returns and are handled according to the specific warranty provisions.
